My Process
The general process flow I follow. This is often customized and tailored to each product to ensure the right steps are taken to create the best product for the users
Define Goals
Considering both the business and user needs, I identify the goals for the project.
Empathize
Understanding user needs by conducting interviews & observing users.
Brainstorm
Information architecture, sketches, and other UX exercises are conducted to find the best solution to the problem.
Iterate
Create high-fidelity designs, review designs with user & stakeholders, and implementing any feedback.
Test
Create prototypes and test with users to gain direct feedback.
Implement
Work with developers to implement designs into a live product. Making sure that product meets stakeholders expectations.
